SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Our watches are shipped from Portugal with UPS (Europe) or CTT (in Portugal) within 3 business days after the date of the order and confirmation of payment. The sole exception are countries that have sanctions/restrictions in or locations in Europe where UPS doesn't deliver.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange.
Before any return for refund or exchange, the customer must contact Chrono Diver Watches (info@chronodiverwatches.com). The goods must be returned by the customer at its own expenses to Chrono Diver Watches no later than fourteen days after having informed Chrono Diver Watches about his decision to withdraw.
All returned items must be received in their new unused condition, complete and in their original packaging and wrapped in all the protective plastics. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer at the receipt of the goods by Chrono Diver Watches. In case of a return for exchange, the new product will be sent at the receipt of the returned item. Damaged, incomplete, or dirtied articles turned over by the customer won’t be taken back (as far as they can not be sold again) and consequently will not be refunded or exchanged.
